Accounts Assistant
Selsey, West Sussex
35 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
£24,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is experienced in payroll, invoicing, and general office administration, and who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage payroll accurately and on time

Prepare and issue invoices; follow up on overdue payments

Handle general office duties including filing, data entry, and email management

Answer and make phone calls confidently and professionally

Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50

Provide administrative support to the wider team
Requirements:

Previous experience in an accounts, payroll, or office assistant role

Confident telephone manner and excellent written and spoken English

Computer literate with Sage 50 and MS Office skills

Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Must live locally to Selsey
