Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Location: Almodington
Reporting to: Managing Director (MD)
Overview
Temporary admin support required to assist the Managing Director with daily office tasks. Must be organised, professional, and confident using Microsoft Outlook.
Duties
- Managing and responding to emails on behalf of the MD
- Sending emails as instructed
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Printing and organising emails/documents
- General office/admin support
Requirements
- Strong Outlook and email management skills
- Good communication and organisation
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous admin experience preferred
Working Pattern
- Handover: Thursday 2nd April
- Tuesday to Friday following week
