Futures Recruitment is delighted to be working with a local authority, we are looking to recruit an Admin Officer

Duties will include organising and co-ordinating diaries, communicating with clients and professionals, proactively arranging meetings, dealing with payments and transport, recording information on client records, updating chronologies, using spreadsheets to track and monitor caseload information and extracting information from various sources.

Skills of Admin Office:

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Minute taking and knowledge of ICS systems are desirable.

Working Conditions of Admin Office: The following section provides an outline of the working conditions that may be encountered in this role.

• Manual handling of objects up to 5kg.

• Display screen equipment user.

• Own vehicle for work purposes.
