Office Administrator
We are seeking a professional and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team in a busy office environment.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working within an open-plan office environment.
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions effectively.
- Capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
Duties Include
- General office administration and clerical support.
- Data entry and maintenance of company records.
- Preparing and updating spreadsheets and documents.
- Managing correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Supporting various departments with administrative tasks.
- Handling multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
Working Environment
This is a professional business environment, and smart office attire is required at all times.
Working Hours
To ensure office coverage throughout the day, the role will involve working one of the following shifts:
- 8:30am – 4:30pm, or
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
