Temporary Office Administrator – Immediate Start
Location: Midhurst, West Sussex
Contract: Temporary (3–6 months, potential extension)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to provide essential support within a busy office environment. This temporary position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist various departments during a peak period.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional customer service
- Process orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
- Maintain and update databases and internal systems accurately
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general correspondence
- Support the management team with scheduling meetings and coordinating activities
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with stock control and liaison with suppliers when required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous office administration experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
