Job Purpose
Working as part of the Production team to manufacture and assemble high-quality bathroom furniture, ensuring products are completed to specification, meet quality standards, and are delivered within customer deadlines.
Main Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings, production specifications and assembly instructions.

Measure, cut, shape and assemble timber and other materials accurately.

Operate woodworking machinery, including saws, routers, sanders, drills and other production equipment safely and efficiently.

Assemble bathroom furniture and components to the required quality standards.

Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality and freedom from defects.

Maintain tools, machinery and equipment in good working order and report any faults.

Keep the work area clean, organised and compliant with housekeeping standards.

Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe working practices at all times.

Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to achieve production targets and customer delivery deadlines.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential

Previous experience in bench joinery, cabinet making or furniture manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and assembly processes.

Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.

Competent in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
