Futures Recruitment Services are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our client who is a family-run business, trading for 30 years in the Marine industry. You’ll be an important part of the store team, providing advice on a wide range of marine products as well as providing great customer service.
The working hours are 40 hours over 7 days (rota basis for weekends) from Easter to September and then 40 hours over 6 days the rest of the year.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:
- Selling products for use in all leisure crafts and providing product advice.
- Dealing with face-to-face and telephone orders.
- Carrying out stock takes and ordering new products from suppliers.
- Processing payments and using the till accordingly.
- Helping the team where necessary with parts, workshop support, boat sales, and general admin.
Key Skills & Attributes for the Customer Service Advisor:
- Good knowledge of the Marine would be highly advantageous.
- Willing to learn and develop.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Strong communication skills.
