Monday - Thursday 8.15am - 5pm - 8.15- 12.45pm Friday
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clean Room Operative to join our manufacturing team in Midhurst. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality components for the aerospace, defence, and healthcare sectors, working within a controlled clean room environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Work within a clean room environment, following strict quality standards and operating procedures.
- Assemble, inspect, and handle precision components for the aerospace, defence, and healthcare industries.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications through exceptional attention to detail.
- Wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including face masks, throughout the working day.
- Change into and out of PPE multiple times during each shift as required.
- Support different departments across the business, demonstrating flexibility where needed.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, clean room protocols, and company policies.
- Complete production documentation accurately and maintain full traceability of work.

- Able to change into and out of PPE efficiently throughout the shift.

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Ideally based locally to Midhurst or have access to your own reliable transport, as public transport is limited.
- Previous experience in a clean room, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, medical, or healthcare environment would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Recruitment Process
Successful applicants will be invited to attend an approximately two-hour interview and assessment, designed to give candidates a genuine insight into the role and working environment.
The assessment includes:
- A short, basic English and Maths test (completed by all candidates, regardless of their first language).
- A guided tour of the facility to see the working environment.
- Time spent with the Production Supervisors, who will provide a practical work experience session within the clean room so you can gain a real understanding of the role before any offer of employment is made.
