We are currently working with a leading training provider company in Hampshire that is seeking a talented Customer Services /Operations Executive to join their team permanently.
Customer Services skills needed
- Proven experience in operations within a similar industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Customer Services responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless processes
- Developing and implementing efficient operational policies and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Overseeing membership services and ensuring top-notch customer experience
- Reporting on key operational metrics and driving continuous improvement
Salary & Benefits
Up to £31K (Dependant on Experience)
Holidays: 25 days, plus all Public Holidays (After successful completion of probation)
Full Time / Permanent
3 days at HO – Petersfield (Monday – Wednesday)
2 days Hybrid (Thursday – Friday)
(May be asked to work at HO on Hybrid days on occasion)
