Customer Services  - Hybrid 

Petersfield 

Salary up £31K 

We are currently working with a leading training provider company in Hampshire that is seeking a talented Customer Services  /Operations Executive to join their team permanently.

Customer Services skills needed 

  • Proven experience in operations within a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Customer Services  responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless processes
  • Developing and implementing efficient operational policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Overseeing membership services and ensuring top-notch customer experience
  • Reporting on key operational metrics and driving continuous improvement

 

Salary & Benefits 

Up to £31K (Dependant on Experience)

Holidays:  25 days, plus all Public Holidays (After successful completion of probation)

Full Time / Permanent

3 days at HO – Petersfield (Monday – Wednesday)

2 days Hybrid (Thursday – Friday)

(May be asked to work at HO on Hybrid days on occasion)
