Installer/ Carpenter

As an Installer, you will be expected to deliver exceptional installation services for high-end projects across the UK, Europe, and worldwide. Representing a premium brand, you will play a key role in ensuring products are installed to the highest standards, reflecting a commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and outstanding client experience.
This role reports to the Office Manager.
Survey & Measure
- Travel across Europe and internationally to survey and measure bespoke blinds and soft furnishings within luxury properties and yachts of all sizes.
- Take ownership of all survey details, ensuring complete accuracy and gathering any additional information required to ensure a smooth and trouble-free installation.
- Ensure all information is correctly recorded and communicated back to the wider team in full.
Installation
- Travel across Europe and internationally to install bespoke blinds and soft furnishings within luxury properties and yachts of all sizes.
- Maintain adequate knowledge of each product to ensure it can be correctly installed, repaired on site if required, and demonstrated to the client.
- Be responsible for selecting the appropriate tools and fittings to ensure a flawless installation and long-lasting finished product.
- Take ownership of communication with the client or project representative during installations to ensure a high level of service is maintained throughout the process.
- Ensure all products are fully commissioned, operational, and thoroughly tested, including obtaining client sign-off prior to job completion.
- Be responsible for the setup, installation, and support of boat and trade shows where required.
- Work alongside the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges during installation.
- Provide on-site service and repair support across Europe and worldwide, delivering a full turnkey service to customers.
- Provide a white-glove service to clients, including product demonstrations and aftercare guidance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct in line with premium brand values.
Other Duties
- When not travelling, support the production team with product builds and assembly.
- Occasionally support the engineering team with custom projects.
