Futures Recruitment are seeking an IT Project Manager, the position will be on a to full-time, permanent basis. Our client is going through a period of rapid expansion. This surge in new client and enterprise business has created a new demand on the application suites and data services.


The successful candidate will work closely with the chief information officer for applications & data, supporting external clients, enterprise, data and QA teams.  


Key Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager:

  • Work with CIO to build out and run the client / enterprise application support, data services and QA IT project planning and management framework
  • Project Manage all work scheduled across application support (client & enterprise), data services and QA support
  • Working with the CIO and IT team leads to establish a centralised planning and project management competence for application support, data services and QA
  • Working with team leads to build out project plans, assist with the management of those plans through the complete project life cycle, ensuring all IT processes (i.e. security / change management) are followed and appropriately adhered too
  • Work closely with business change agents to ensure IT resources and budgets are aligned to the delivery of business outcomes, creating and overseeing the creation of reporting to project sponsors and project boards
  • Work with the other IT functional leads (Service Delivery, Cloud and Security, Enterprise architecture, Tech operations) and IT Change Director to help consolidate the Group’s work stack, whilst also reflecting product and regional demands in that management and reporting
  • Support the Group’s compliance, controls frameworks and auditing processes; assisting with the management and response to annual audits and associated remediation plans; ISO 27001, ISAE 3402 and ad hoc security and audit reviews (as requested by the business or clients).
  • Ability to work within an Agile framework, supporting multiple stack holders


Skills and Experience required for the IT Project Manager role:

  • Candidates must have a strong history in managing IT based projects
  • Experience managing IT Management frameworks
  • Must have experience in either Efront, Yardi or Viewpoint program systems
  • Candidate must be experienced with Agile Methodology, Vendor Resources and Technical Resources Management
  • Experience using Microsoft Stack and Azure Enabled Processes is an essential skill for this position
  • Strong understanding and compliance with formalised Change Control methodologies and processes
  • Experience of responding and delivering against local business demands in the context of wider Group strategies
