Futures Recruitment Services are working along side our client who are looking for 3 resilient Lead Generation Executives to join their busy team on a 3-month contract.
The role is based in central Manchester and the client is offering hybrid working.
Main Responsibilities for a Lead Generation Executive:
- Answering inbound calls or placing outbound calls to sell life, health or personal property casualty insurance products to new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Pre-qualifying applicants to determine eligibility and being able to ask underwriting questions to make sure they meet carrier requirements.
- Cross selling basic insurance products, identifying sales leads and make outbound calls to finalise a sale.
- Working with internal business partners to achieve business unit results.
- Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Experience working within the sales environment.
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
