Permanent Legal Cashier/Finance Assistant Vacancy

Requirements of the role:
- Experience in Legal/Legal Secretary, Cashier, Finance or Assistant roles.
- An understanding of Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisation skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Processing all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and a sufficient audit trail.
- Raising and issuing invoices, payments etc.
- Monitoring ledgers and preparing financial reports.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of payments, receipts, client balances and debt collection.
- Answering financial queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Providing support to the Finance Manager.
