Futures Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a leading independent Estate Agents based in Chichester, they are currently on the lookout for a Property Manager who is able to deliver under pressure with excellent organisation and time management skills.

This role is an opportunity to look after all aspects of lettings property management.

Main Responsibilities of a Property Manager:

  • Logging maintenance and repairs on the system.
  • Prepare and send end of tenancy vacating letter to tenants.
  • Liaise with landlords and negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out.
  • Ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislations.
  • Arrange and carry out property inspections, reporting findings to landlord and arranging any remedial works.  
  • Dealing with any issues arising throughout the tenancy.
  • Maintaining a large portfolio of properties.

Experience & Knowledge required of a Property Manager:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience within a residential letting’s property management position.
  • Driving license and own vehicle essential.
  • Strong customer service and organisation skills.
  • Able to work well in a high-pressured environment.
  • Great attention to detail.
