Mobile Maintenance Operative
The role is predominantly based on multi-site coverage, mostly around Manchester but including Liverpool, Warrington, Preston, Bury,
Salary is £24,980.00 per annum
Holidays are 25 days per year, plus a birthday day off, plus a flexi day (available after 6-month probation successfully passed). Public holidays off.
Company Van, fuel card, tools, and uniform all provided.
Working across various sites and teams with customer interaction personality and self-motivation is important for this role.
Futures Recruitment Services Ltd is currently seeking a Mobile Maintenance Operative on behalf of our client, a leading regional flexible workspace company based in Manchester. Maintenance Operative Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Full UK driving license
Maintenance Operative Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicating effectively with the team and clients
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests
- Performing repairs and installations as required
based on working 8am – 5pm with an hour (unpaid) lunch break. This works out at a 40-hour week. Normal workdays are weekdays with weekends off but some flexibility us expected occasionally here. Time worked is given back in lieu.
