About Us: We are a growing B2B business in the seafishing industry, specialising in fishing rods, reels, and our own branded products. They are expanding operations and are seeking a part-time Administrator to support our operational team.
The Role: The Part-Time Administrator will provide essential administrative support, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth processing of sales, orders, and shipment queries. This role is key to maintaining efficiency and excellent customer service within the business.
Key Responsibilities: - Process sales orders accurately and efficiently - Handle shipment and delivery queries from customers - Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment - Maintain records of orders, shipments, and customer communications - Provide general administrative support as required - Assist with reporting and documentation for the Operations Manager
Requirements: - Previous administrative experience, preferably in B2B or retail environment - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Office-based; part-time hours with flexible scheduling
