Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Picture yourself working across a large rural estate as a key member of a highly skilled Repairs & Maintenance team.
In this pivotal role, no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for ensuring water compliance across the estate and will carry out repairs, improvements, and routine maintenance to the estate’s private water supply and building infrastructure. You will ensure that all aspects of plumbing across a wide and varied portfolio of buildings operate safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Need

Strong all-round knowledge of hot and cold water systems
-
Installation and maintenance knowledge of heating systems (desirable)

Availability to join an on-call rota for at least 18 weeks per year (including every 3rd weekend)

NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (desirable)
Due to the rural location of the estate, your own or reliable transport is essential.
