Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Chichester
The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Operative to join our team. You’ll build rubber hoses to engineering specifications, handle labour-intensive tasks, and help drive continuous improvement on the production floor.
What You’ll Do:

Produce hoses of various sizes following engineering drawings and specifications.

Perform physically demanding tasks safely, using lifting aids when needed.

Amend paperwork accurately and pass information to the right team members.

Contribute to process improvements and team success.

Support occasional overtime as required.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred).

Ability to read and follow technical drawings.

Physically fit and able to lift regularly.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Team player with a proactive attitude.
