Regional Bodyshop Manager - Greater Manchester

We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's dynamic operations team as Regional Manager for our Northern sites.

The role is based in  Manchester,Trafford .

The position is a high-profile position within the business, the Regional Manager will have experience in every area of the Bodyshop and use this knowledge to provide support and guidance to our North sites.

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

• Working closely with five sites to maintain KPI’s.

• Provide cover to the Bodyshop Managers through holiday/sickness.

• Provide training and mentoring to new staff members and Bodyshop Managers within your teams.

• Working alongside and supporting senior management through communication and ensure the sites are meeting key to key targets.

• Travelling to all of the sites in this region.
