About You :
- Experience of working in a front-line customer service role:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, including experience of Microsoft software, SharePoint.
- Legible handwriting and accurate recording skills
- Customer focused
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for a wide range of customer contact in person, via telephone and email.
- Contacting customers over telephone regarding booking and moving appointments.
- To maintain an awareness of, and compliance with, corporate and departmental health and safety policies, in particular to maintain an awareness of equality and diversity issues

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in Registration Service or Administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills.
