Futures Recruitment Services are supporting a long-standing client for a Senior Marketing Executive operating on a remote working position. The position is to provide strategic and tactical marketing support to our clients' Enterprise Centre of Excellence (ECoE) division including: Schemes & Affinities, key industry verticals and smei business. The role directly report in to the Marketing leader of ECoE. The role will involve developing and managing marketing (both online and offline) for S&A/key verticals/smei as well as managing key marketing campaigns and initiatives

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Executive:

  • To provide marketing support/delivery to ECoE: including key industry verticals, S&As, and smei.

  • Work with international/global marketing teams to align brand/affinity messaging.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to drive brand awareness, thought leadership and demand generation in support of business strategy and growth objectives.

  • Manage content creation across multiple communication channels - delivering targeted and thought-provoking infographics, short videos, visuals, and text.

  • Manage design and production of marketing content in collaboration with the Studio team.

  • Identify effective distribution channels to enhance external awareness i.e., online (SEO/SEM), social media, and measure effectiveness (leads generated, impact and ROI).

  • Providing marketing consultancy to the business and S&A clients, developing/implementing activity such as:

    • Research

    • All aspects of digital marketing

    • Marketing campaigns

    • Advertisements and additional areas

  • To develop and manage relationships including with the wider marketing teams across the business with key stakeholders within the ECoE business, and suppliers.

  • Understanding, managing, and adhering to the Financial Promotions Order process, and GDPR regulations for their individual business

  • To support the development and management of customer strategy and proposition in conjunction with the business.

  • To assist in the marketing planning and budget process for ECoE.

  • To deputise for the ECoE Marketing Leader/Marketing Business Partners as appropriate.

Skills and experience desired for the Senior Marketing Executive:

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Have proficient skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • At least 3 years experience in marketing and communications in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C environments.

  • Previous experience in digital marketing.

  • Comes up with creative and innovative ideas.

  • Be able to support the development and implementation of Commercial client marketing strategies.

  • Apply planning, prioritisation, and project planning principles.

  • Has the confidence to influence internal and external relationships.

  • Performs well under pressure and to tight deadlines and can manage high workloads.

  • Ability to operate effectively individually or as part of a team.

  • Is able to deal with conflict in a robust and challenging manner.

  • To comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
