Salary/OTE: £45,000–£50,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to accurately assess vehicle damage and provide detailed estimates in line with manufacturer standards. The role involves liaising with customers, insurers, and workshop teams to ensure efficient and high-quality repair processes.
Key Responsibilities

Assess and estimate vehicle damage using Audatex and in line with manufacturer standards.

Communicate clearly with customers and insurers regarding repair assessments.

Liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth repair workflow.

Maintain high levels of accuracy in assessments, documentation, and reporting.

Assist in managing workflow and prioritising repairs.
Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience as a VDA/Estimator in an accident repair environment.

Audatex experience (ATA Accreditation desirable but not essential).

Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
