Export Sales Administrator
Futures Recruitment is supporting a long-standing client for an Export Sales Administrator. Our client is a global leader in manufacturing and distributing water-based, biodegradable, environmentally responsible cleaning fluids. This role will support the small office team that processes clients' orders from start to finish. A large number of client orders are required to be exported, which will involve generating export documentation and compliance to enable safe transportation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling inbound telephone calls, for new orders and client follow-ups.
- Processing client orders
- Generating transport and export documentation
- Inputting client orders and payments into Sage
- Ensuring strong lines of communication are maintained between all the teams.
