Requirements of the role:
- Experience working as an IT analyst.
- A background in IT or Technologies.
- Knowledge in sectors such as Systems, and Integrator.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Managing the integration of IT systems including setup and troubleshooting of IT systems.
- Analysing and evaluating complex customer systems.
- Developing system configuration solutions based on customer needs and technical specifications.
- Managing IT infrastructure deployment.
- Ensuring systems are secure and compliant with industry best practices.
- Providing technical support to customers.
